The Governance App will:

• Make it easy for the whole of a board to engage in assessing and improving their governance
• Enable parts of the assessment process to happen outside the Board meetings and make best use of the limited face to face (or Zoom) time trustees spend in meetings
• Make it easy for any size of organisation to assess their governance and identify where and how best to improve
• Turn the underlying Governance Code into real, practical conversations that Boards can have, and provide direct links to support and help with specific areas that are shown as needing improvement
• A measurable impact, trackable 0ver time where Boards can revisit and re-score themselves after carrying out recommended actions
